Terms & Conditions of Dream Fitness Membership
ACCEPTANCE
At Dream Fitness, we have adopted policies, procedures, rules and regulations, terms and conditions designed to provide for the safe, enjoyable and healthy use of our premises and events by our members and guests.
Upon the member or guest (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “the member”) signing this membership agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), the member or guest has accepted and agreed to this Agreement with Dream Tel Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as Dream Fitness) and has read and understood all terms herein.
The member or guest shall have the capacity to enter this Agreement. If the member or guest does not have the capacity to enter into this Agreement, this Agreement must also be entered into by your parent or statutory representative on your behalf, and such parent and statutory representative hereby agrees.
These policies apply to your conduct on Dream Fitness premises which include our center and all outdoor areas, including its parking lots, sidewalks and turf. They also apply to your conduct during its program training, events or other Dream Fitness sponsored activities off the premises.
We adopt the policies applicable to a single center. In some instances, the law may establish other policies. To the extent of a conflict with other policies, the more restrictive policy applies.
If you violate any of these policies, your membership or center access may be suspended or terminated. Our decision on all questions regarding construction or interpretation of these policies is final.
GENERAL POLICIES
Proper Conduct
We strive to uphold a safe, fun, family-oriented environment. As such we expect proper respectful conduct on the premises at all times.
We do not permit disrespectful conduct toward members, guests, employees or vendors, including but not limited to vulgar, profane, indecent, offensive, violent, hostile, aggressive, threatening, harassing, stalking, fraudulent, or other inappropriate conduct or language.
Proper Attire
You must wear proper attire at all times, including shirt and shoes, unless in a specific area.
Membership Card
As a member you may not enter the center without your membership card, which you must present to the front desk. Because access to Dream Fitness centers varies by membership level, you must have the required membership in good standing in order to access a center. If you lose your membership card, you may have to pay a fee to replace it. Please return your membership card on your last day of access.
Personal Belongings
You must store all workout bags, coats and personal belongings in a locker secured before you leave it. You must keep your locker key with you at all times without exception, including while showering. Do not leave your locker unattended at any time, such as by pinning it to a towel.
You may use our locker only while you are on the premises. You may not leave any personal belongings in lockers overnight. Do not bring or store any valuables on the premises, including watches, jewelry, or large amounts of cash.
Do not leave valuables in plain view in your vehicles. Be sure your vehicle is locked. We are not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property while on the premises. Please inquire in person at our Customer Service Counter for lost articles that may have been found.
Weapons
You may not bring or use any weapon of any kind on the premises for any reason.
Locker Rooms
We expect proper etiquette in our locker rooms. You may not spit, sleep or engage in any sexual conduct in our locker rooms.
You may not shave in or use in the nude, or sit on workout equipment without a towel. You may not work out or wear rubber suit or excessive clothing in the steam room.
You must dispose of towels in the designated container. You may not use a cell phone or camera in our locker rooms. In our locker rooms for use by all members or Dream Fitness only.
Injuries
If you are injured while on the premises, please seek immediate assistance from a Dream Fitness team member. A team member can provide or arrange for appropriate medical assistance and complete an incident report.
Organization
You may not recognize your own informal or formal competitions, programs, classes, events or activities. Dream Fitness retains sole discretion to determine whether a member or guest is engaged in organizing or participating in non-Dream Fitness organization.
Alcohol
You may not consume alcohol on the premises. You may not use our equipment, services or programs while under the influence of alcohol.
Drugs
You may not possess or sell any illegal drug on its premises, including but not limited to anabolic steroids or other illegal growth enhancing substances.
You may not use our equipment, services or programs while under the influence of illegal drugs. You should not use, or should stop using, any equipment, service or program if your prescription medication adversely impacts or influences your ability to safely use it.
Smoking
You may not smoke, chew or use any tobacco products on Dream Fitness indoor premises including any outdoor areas, or at Dream Fitness events.
Center Closure or Access Restrictions
We reserve the right to close or restrict access, without advance notice, to any areas or the entire center or premises for any reason, including but not limited to closures or restriction, remodeling, repair or maintenance or for health or safety reasons, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, power outages, and medical issues.
Your obligation to pay membership dues is not dependent upon usage, availability or access to the center.
Illness
You may not enter the premises if you have a contagious illness that may be transferred through ordinary use of our equipment, services or programs. You must cover exposed lesions or rashes.
Solicitation
Unless expressly authorized by Dream Fitness Management, you may not solicit — whether in person or in writing — any members, guests or team members on the premises or during off-premises events, including but not limited to solicitations for political or religious purposes, media interviews, business opportunities, or competitive products or services.
MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Dream Fitness offers team membership, including membership that afford center access and membership that afford to our online resources only. Our membership levels, prices, fees, amenities, benefits, programs, classes, events and amenities are subject to change or termination at any time. Dream Fitness retains complete control over all matters affecting or relating to its member or membership, including but not limited to any documentation or information that may be required of members or guests such as proof of joint financial obligations, cohabitation, family, guardian, age or residency.
Child Member
Given our commitment to a family-friendly environment, we welcome children as members.
Junior membership (10-17 years old).
A Junior membership is required for junior members to use Dream Fitness child center, as well as its gymnasiums, except the free weight area, tanning equipment and steam room. Junior members must be accompanied by their parent or guardian if not training under a Fitness Instructor.
Student membership (18-25 years old).
A student member may use the center without adult supervision as permitted by Dream Fitness policies.
Once a student member turns 25 years old, the person, as an adult, must purchase his or her own separate membership and pay applicable joining fees.
Dues Payments
Term Membership
As marked in membership, you shall have continuous use of the facilities for the prepaid period. After such period, the member at his or her option may renew or upgrade or downgrade membership levels and the membership rate currently indicated under membership description.
Monthly Dues / Auto Debit Membership
Subsequent monthly or yearly prompt and regular payments are made and shall be paid in advance through auto debit / credit card. The member or his or her authorized person has given authority to Dream Fitness.
Members may pay by cash (2 months dues in advance) with an additional 10% processing charge.
Monthly Dues / Monthly Charge Membership
Subsequent monthly or yearly prompt and regular payments are made and shall be paid at Dream Fitness Customer Service Department located at any of our branch.
Dream Fitness reserves the right to increase your monthly dues. Auto Debit or Monthly charge membership dues without prior notice.
Member may not cancel your Auto Debit or Monthly charge membership until minimum commitment period (12 months) has been met.
If you choose to terminate your membership within commitment period, you may terminate by paying a cancellation fee of RM450.00 (this fee cannot offset with any prepaid fees) and filling out the membership request form (MRF) not less than 14 days prior to termination.
The MRF must be filed in person at Dream Fitness Customer Service Department.
A copy of the approved MRF will give to you as proof of termination within 7 business days and your final month dues shall be charged as at least 1 month subscription and member shall have 30 days to use the facilities.
In the event you provide less than 14 days written notice, membership shall auto renew.
Otherwise membership shall be considered On-Going Membership.
No cancellation fee will be charged for members who cancel after the minimum commitment period (12 months).
Membership can be upgraded for increased benefits by payment of an upgrade fee notified by Dream Fitness. All payments made on a membership before an upgrade will be utilized upon upgrade and may not be applied against any future obligations that member can occur after the upgrade used.
The member recognizes that the obligations to pay dues does not depend on the availability for all the fitness facilities. In default of such payment, Dream Fitness has the right to disallow or refuse the member him or her entry to any and all Dream Fitness facilities outstanding payment is received.
All membership fees are non-refundable regardless of actual usage of the facilities and can be subject to increase without prior notice.
There shall be no refund of any monies paid to Dream Fitness in any event whatsoever.
In the event that one of our clubs discontinues operations, your membership will automatically transfer to the nearest center.
Membership Changes and Information
Subject to applicable restrictions, you may make changes to or obtain information about your membership after you have joined Dream Fitness, such as changing your membership account, adding and upgrading, freezing, or transferring membership.
You must make membership changes or request membership information in person at the center, not by phone, email or online.
We may collect fees for service requests or membership changes.

Membership Freeze
Except for medical or military reason, the member will be charged a FREEZE FEE RM30.00 PER MONTH until reactivation or expiry of membership.
The member may request by filling an MRF at least 14 days before freeze period with supporting documents as proof.
During freeze period the member may not enter any Dream Fitness facilities until the freeze period ends.
After the freeze period your membership or the portion of your membership scheduled billing or deductions that has been affected will automatically reactivate.
Dream Fitness reserves the right to increase the freeze fee from time to time without prior notice.
If your request does not confirm to this membership freeze policy, you will be notified that your request has been denied and your membership shall remain active unless cancelled.
Exceptions will be made under certain circumstances.
Membership Freeze for Medical or Military Reason
Dream Fitness will freeze the portion of the membership affected by medical or military purposes only. To freeze your membership, you must fill out a (MRF) at least 14 days of business day and provide it to Dream Fitness Customer Service Representative with a statement from the treating physician in order for the military branch of service that you are unable to use any Dream Fitness Center.
Upon receipt of the statement, Dream Fitness will freeze your membership account. Unless otherwise specified, the freeze period will be for a period of 90 days. Dream Fitness allows women condition pregnancy, the member she may freeze her membership for minimum of 1 month and a maximum 10 months, which shall not be included as part of 12 month minimum commitment period and with supporting document issues by the attending physician as a proof.
During freeze period, the member he or she may not enter to any and all Dream Fitness facilities until the freeze period has been met. If your request does not confirm to this membership freeze policy, you will be notified that your request has been denied and your membership still remain active unless cancelled. Exceptions will be made with certain circumstances.
Membership Transfer
The member may transfer his or her remaining membership to non-member by filling out a (MRF) at least 14 days business day and complete all the requirements documents.
Transfer charges are applicable and must be paid per transfer. The member will be charged a TRANSFER FEE RM150.00. Dream Fitness reserves the right to increase the transfer fee from time to time without prior notice.
The member can transfer his or her membership to non-member only.
Once member have made a transfer, the previous club shall no longer be allowed and the member transferor must return his or her membership card.
For Term Membership: Once the member has purchased the Term Membership, the member must use his or her membership more than 6 months. After 6 months, membership can be transferred to non-member.
For Monthly Dues or Debit Membership: The member may request by filling out a (MRF) at least 14 days business days before prior to next scheduled billing or deductions date and complete all the requirements documents.
The member must settle outstanding amount before he or she can do monthly membership transferring to non-member.
After transferor and transferee has complete all the requirements documents, Dream Fitness will transferring your membership through the date designated in the (MRF).
Member may not obtain membership information upon request other than as provided above. Specifically, without valid legal process, member or guest may not obtain other private, confidential, privileged and proprietary internal business information, including but not limited to incidents reports, video surveillance footage, or membership-related photographs. Please direct any subpoena or other legal process requesting such information to the Dream Fitness legal department.
We reserve the right to disclose such information in our sole discretion to aid the law enforcement process or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
Membership Termination
You may terminate your membership for any reason upon advance written notice to Dream Fitness as provided in your membership contract.
Membership Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time for failure to our best interest. No refund in any cases will be made.
Membership Termination Procedure
To provide written notice of termination, you must complete a termination request (MRF). We do not accept termination by gadgets.
GUESTS
We invite guests to use our centers, whether a member or as walk-in visitor to the center. We may restrict overall or individual guest privileges or guest use of the centers at any time in our sole discretion, including limiting guest use to non-peak, family or open hours, restricting guest use of certain amenities, or limiting participation to certain scheduled or special programs.
Guest hours vary by location. Before each visit, all adult guest must complete and sign a guest register. Guests must meet with a membership consultant and tour the center.
Guest without member: A guest unaccompanied by a member may enjoy one complimentary general access visit to a Dream Fitness center each year upon presentation of a valid Dream Fitness guest pass or special invitation.
FITNESS FLOOR
We require that you respect our facilities. You may not engage in any rough play, excessive argument, or profanity. Please carefully observe your surroundings. Unless otherwise permitted you may not bring bag in the gym. No children may sit at edge of the gym. If you fail to follow these rules, you may require leave the gym or your membership will be terminated or suspended.
Age limit: You must be at least 10 years old to enter and use the fitness floor and must be 18 years old to use free weight.
You must follow all safety procedures for equipment use.
Personal items: You may not use chalk in the weight area unless otherwise permitted. You may not bring items onto the fitness floor.
